Energy management dashboard

Every factory needs to work with various sources of energy. Mostly, the sources of energy are:

For each of those sources, the responsible manager should track the amount of monthly usage, have a price overview and keep in mind the price validity in case of fixed-term contracts. The manager has to track the energy sources in order to correctly set prices of manufactured products.

In order to manage energy sources effectively, OFFISEEK platform provides managers with an energy management dashboard, shown below.

Managers responsible for tracking energy sources can create custom energy meters for various energy sources. Each energy meters contains:

Once having the energy meters defined, the habbit of each manager should be following:

  1. Once a year define an approximate usage plan for each month (usually when fixing a contract with energy provider)
  2. Check the energy meters for their status and the end of each month
  3. Take the invoice issued for given month and fill the total price and usage into the table
  4. Check how much energy was generated from other sources such as photovoltaic panels

Below is an example of a table where manager can fill all the data.

The final step is to provide the user with analytical insights, energy usage predictions and suggestions for final product price correction.
